Privacy policy

This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site or book a call, and what we do with it. Happy Numbers is a DBA (doing business as) of Via Vibe LLC, and Via Vibe LLC is responsible for your information. What we collect

• Booking details. When you book a call, we receive what you enter in the form, such as your name and email address, plus the time you choose.
• Emails. If you email us, we keep your message and contact details.
• Usage data. Google Analytics tells us how people find and use the site: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser. See the cookies section below for when this runs.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider handles your IP address to deliver the site and keep it secure. We also use it to work out which country you're in, so we know whether to ask about cookies. We don't store that check.

Why we use it

• To arrange and hold calls, and to reply to you. This is needed to do what you've asked us to.
• To understand and improve the site. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland we only do this with your consent. Elsewhere, we do it because we have a legitimate interest in knowing how our site is used.
• To keep the site running and secure, which is also a legitimate interest.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising on this site.

Cookies

The only cookies we set are from Google Analytics. They're named _ga and _ga_*, and they tell one visitor apart from another. If you're in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, or we can't tell where you are, they're only set if you click Accept.

We remember your choice in your browser's storage, under the name hn-consent. You can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.

The booking form is provided by Fillout. It remembers your progress in your browser, and uses a Cloudflare security check to stop spam. These are part of how the form works, so they run whether or not you accept analytics cookies.

Who we share it with

We use these companies to run the site and our business. They handle information on our behalf:

• Vercel hosts the site.
• Google provides Analytics and our email.
• Fillout provides the booking form.
• Cloudflare provides the booking form's security check.

We're based in the United States, and so are some of these companies, so your information will be processed there. Privacy laws in the United States may differ from those where you live.

How long we keep it

We keep booking details and emails for as long as we need them for our conversation with you, or any work we do together, and for any records the law requires.

Google Analytics keeps data about individual visits for 2 months and data linked to a visitor for 14 months. The 14 months restart if you visit again. Standard reports use combined figures, and these limits don't apply to those.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit or object to how we use it, or receive a copy. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Just email us at timo@gethappynumbers.com.

You can also complain to your local data protection authority. In the UK, that's the Information Commissioner's Office.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
